Char:Lv55 or Lv60 Weaponry Sura.
It's possible to do with Lv35, but you'll have quite a hard time and need imbalanced items.

Spells:
Enchanted Blade P & Fear P

Items:
Fms,
EE,
Phoenix Shoes,
Ebony Bracelet or Htb,
Horned Helm (if Lv60)

Bonuses:
Try to get as much as you can from the following:
Defense, Attack Power, Immune against Faint, Avg Dmg, Avg Res, Block, Int, HP, HP absorbed, HP restore, Crit, Faint

Buff:
You should use a Lv30 or Lv35 buff as group leader, cause the level of the group leader determines how much time you have in the maze. Formula: T = (90-L) minutes
