    Hey guys,


    Considering the results of the Poll [POLL] Call Chat Rules , I am making this thread to explain in more detail how the Call Chat Rules will be applied from now on, starting on May 12th.

    We have 4 main Call Chat Rules:

    • Only English in Call
    • No excessive use of Capital Letters in Call Chat
    • No Spam in Call Chat
    • Insults / Racism / Vulgar and Offensive Language

    I will now explain in detail how each kind of Rule will be handled:

    • Only English in Call Chat

    In Call Chat the language to be used should be English language, so that everyone is able to understand everyone.

    We are in a Server with players from all over the world, so it's only correct that we are able to understand everyone.

    Exceptions:

    - We will be tolerant with those players (specially the new ones) that we clearly see are looking for help, or genuinely are not aware of this. We will NOT be tolerant to those abusing of this exception.


    • No excessive use of Capital Letters in Call Chat

    In this rule, to avoid filling the Call Chat with screams, you are only allowed to use Capital Letters if your sentence has a part of small letters as well.

    Sentences like: "LoOkInG tO bUy SoMeThInG" are not allowed either even though they are not full Capital Letters.

    Exceptions:

    - We will be tolerant when the sentences are not in full Capital Letters.

    - We will be tolerant when we clearly see that the sentences are used in a non abusive way.


    • No Spam in Call Chat

    In this rule, players should not fill the Call Chat with random words or numbers, or even with constant repetitions of the same message for a considerable amount of time.


    • Insults / Racism / Vulgar and Offensive Language

    In this rule all of the above all not allowed in our server.

    Insults: The rule will be applied depending on the seriousness of the insults. If we are seeing a very serious insult, the player will be suspended, and its duration will depend on the insult and on the previous offenses. If the insult is not a serious one, the player will be muted, and its duration will depend on the previous offenses.

    Racism: When we spot or get a report about Racism remarks or comments, the player will be suspended and the duration will depend on the seriousness of their comments and on the previous offenses.

    Vulgar and Offensive language: Similarly to the other cases, there will be a suspension and the duration will always depend on the seriousness and previous offenses.

    • Warnings

    We will ONLY warn a player that is breaking a certain Call Chat Rule when we clearly see that they may not be aware of the rule or if we clearly the player is not breaking the said rule on purpose.

    We remind everyone that the rules are displayed as an announcement in game several times a day, and that they are also mentioned in our Game Rules .
