There has been a misunderstanding. It doesn't give exactly 200 AP. It gives a mastery riding bonus of 200 ap. The mastery transfer to all the riding critters not just the horse. So after many years i have again to repeat myself, before complaining try at least the update first.

I wasnt complaining just asking. So how does this interact with the special mounts? If I have a chocobo with this horse will I have 400attack?

btw, attack value is working but it doesn't give 60 AC. i've tested it with the horse, also with AC and AV mounts.

Shadow it seems like there is another bug while riding your normal military horse with the move speed. When i activated bersek and purple potion L i have around 220 Movespeed.. on a mount i am faster then on my normal horse
