The thing is, you should stay on horse full time, make the run, and kill the boss?
And, is enough to kill the boss with the last hit? Or one need to deal the most % damage on it?

Have you stay on horse full time during making 21st lvl of horse? No.

50 horse medals sounds so much, but the bonus stats sound so good too! i love this. Will there be an upgrade to mounts too?
50 horse medals is acutally a good thing for a couple of reasons:
1. You get permanently acutally a good horse, without the need to use the power snack (unless Power Mounts like Chocobo and Dragor will be buffed)
2. It will raise a demand on the horse medals, thereby giving another way of earning money for new/low level players (At least for some period of time)
3. This is the last stage of the horse empowerment, so it should be "hard" to get, and be beneficial.

the HM requirement is excellent. Imo another pass on upgrade costs should be made and adapt the numbers of materials required to the current droprate of items.

Nice job. But you need a level 90 charakter to use the horse lvl 31, but have to do a dungeon where u can enter with level 100+. Maybe have to change to something else than Ice run.
