The rule isn't new, you had time to make some gear on your main account since last event they made with this rule.

Or you will continue playing on your farmer and make nice gold when there are no event, and always come on forum when they add some event. I think rule is going to stay, so you better start working on your main for next time.

You should really try to play assassin. It's fun! But of course make warrior as farmer and keep assassin for pvp.
