@noweporzadki I am mostly talking about myself. I do not defend AlmightyPush or anyone else. I can't even call this provoke or flame, it's like 3 years old kid arguing about his ice cream being stolen by other. I don't see any point in this.
I am out of this, it's like talking to wall, some people just don't understand.

Will we be able to buy the pets from tiem mall too? ( like we done at anniversary items) or just the quest can give it, and how often can we repeat the quest?
You can get it from mission "By compleating a special quest you can obtain a free Valentine Pet."
But you better just buy one from mall, it takes too long to finish the quest.

Ultra Agni doesn't drop anything special, maybe soulstone sometimes. Dropping rate of flamekeystones are random, but if you use glove and mall glove you will drop always. Other drops: pearls ( white, blue and red), pedants ( ap, ac, skill etc ), soulstone, thief glove, blessing scroll, wiseman memo and the box ( drop from box: exp, flamekeystone, accessories etc ).
