They are indeed quite a challenge. For example this "player" who apparently put efforts to try to hide who he is, Marelkozo, not only spent more than the amount he claimed, which i may understand his worries, but he quit here or took a break to go play on a pserver. He tends to return from time to time to throw mud here and then disappear

It is not like we force anybody to play, even less to invest your money.

Is since 2007 that Gameforge claims we are a pserver but we are not. We already mailed youtube and asked clarifications regarding those 2 cases (2 youtubers who had a lot of pserver vides on their channel), so we shall see what is the real reason behind this block.

No you can speak your mind without insulting others. If you can't use a forum without insulting or provoking others then this is not the place for you. Your freedom of speech ends when you damage others with your words.

I learned to ignore players that behave like that, but not everybody are as lenient as I am. Besides when you are asked to not create more threads and you do it, to challenge the GA then you are just looking for troubles. He could have took it to private message or support but instead he did it on purpose, because let's face it, some of the old players, due to the fact that SG was a wasteland 3 years ago, are confident that they matter more than others and that the server will suffer their loss and shut down once their are gone.

Dear Players,

from March 5th 2016 all the event items from Valentine will be gone from the server

We invite the players to use these 2 weeks to open the roses and chocolates before this date as you may lose whatever reward might be inside it.
Remember that only females can open roses and only males can open chocolates.

• All monsters will return to their original spot if they are lured too far from their current position.
• Fishing Rod and Pickax will lose 10% of their Mastery Points if the refine fails. They will no longer downgrade.

Ops, the habit XD

From February 19, for 72 hours Metins of Valentine will spawn on the usual maps along with their normal metin counterpart. These metins will always drop a Rose or a Chocolate. You can only drop if your level is in the range of the level of the Metin.

By compleating a special quest you can obtain a free Valentine Pet. The pet will trigger the drops of Rose and Chocolate also from normal monsters close to your level and it will boost your HP and your vs Monster bonus.

• Pets only last 2 hours and they can't be traded or stored.
• The time on the pets starts after the purchase.
• The drop is triggered only if the pet is summoned on not if his seal is in your inventory.

If you are married and your partner is with you the drop will be further increased.

• The drop will occur only if your pet is summoned.
• If both partners fight, both partners must have the pet.
• The additional drop bonus works if your partner is at least within 30 meters radius from you.
• The longer you and your partners are married, the higher is the additional drop bonus. Love points does not affect the drop.

The Roses can only be opened by Female Characters while the Chocolate by Male Characters. They both contain the same drops.

• Quiver

The Quiver allows the Archer to carry infinite arrows for a certain amount of time. You can purchase the Quiver from the General Store.

It happens, usually on week-ends (alcoholists).

Of course if you are sure to never do any kind of mistakes you won't find any purposes on using the system, but if you have for example a sword, that you never trade with anyone, you never change bonus because they are perfect and you use it always either to farm or to pvp, why taking the risk of losing it for a dumb mistake?

Dear Players,

Implemented on 29/12/2015, with the Soulbind system any piece of equipment can be permanently or temporary binded to your account. When the item is soul binded you can't:

• Trade it with other players
• Drop it on the floor
• Sell it by private shop
• Sell it at any NPC
• Upgrade it
• Roll bonus or remove stones

Pay attention that you can lose the item by PKDROP, which means drop from having a negative rank.

You can bind the item using this and unbind it either by letting the time pass, or by using this

Hereby the 3 kinds of souldbinds:

• Permanent Bind: block the item forever.
• Instant Unbind: remove the block from the item without any cooldown.
• 3 Days Bind: block the item for 3 days.
• 3 Days Unbind: remove the block of the item after 3 days are passed from the use and only if the item has a bind of more than 3 days.
• 7 Days Bind: block the item for 7 days.
• 7 Days Unbind: remove the block of the item after 7 days are passed from the use and only if the item has a bind of more than 7 days.

Where can I find the scrolls?

• 1 and 2 can be purchased in the item mall.
• 3 and 6 can be purchased from the general store for the respective price of 300.000 and 1.000.000 golds.
• 4 and 5 can be dropped by Dungeon boss (Coming Soon)

With this new system the bind item becomes virtualy immortal, even deleting the character won't work if in his inventory there is a binded item.

You can still share the items with the other characters on the account using the Storekeeper.

1) Account

• The ownership of an account is determined by the ability to access the mail address under which it was registered.
  If you wish this address to be changed, please write a mail to the support (info@tec-interactive.com) from this mail address with your request.
  Change requests, or requests made from other addresses will not be accepted except in the case detailed hereafter.
  If your email account was deleted or mispelled you may request a change ingame.
  The GM will check whether the registered mail exists; if it doesn't you're authorized to change it without following the normal procedure.

• By sharing your account you are responsible for anything that may happen to it.
  We are not responsible for any loss of items, Tec Points, golds or eventual damages to the characters inside the account. In case the account break our rules, even it is someone else using your account, we may suspend it or ban it permanently at our discrection.
  This includes but is not limited to every related account by IP or Email.
• We are not responsible for any loss of items due to keylogger, playing on illegal servers using the same data, or any other situations which involve a security breach from the user's side.
• Every item inside the account belongs to you and it is impossible to take it away unless it is dropped on the floor, sold or passed via trade window /shop mode.
  We are not responsible for any mistakes done using the game's tools or for any borrowed item / account.

• Any character with explicit reference to political, religious, racist or other hot top topic, names will be punished according to our own criteria.
• The sales of accounts, characters, items or any other services provided by Metin2 SG, for real money is strictly forbidden.
  This includes but is not limited to: exchange of items for other servers, games, material or virtual items. Gifting items or accounts is also forbidden.
  

2) Language

• The only language allowed in call chat is English.
  Other languages may be used in normal, party and guild chat or private messages.
• Players who advertise, mention or link hacks or illegal servers or use offensive language, as well as those who employ a language other than english in call chat, may be warned or punished directly without a warning at the discretion of the staff. Those who attempt to make trades between servers will also be punished directly without a warning at the discretion of the staff.
  Determining what constitutes offensive language or not is entirely at the discretion of the staff member assigned to the case.
• Players who posts links or partial links different from and relative associated service, will be punished unless they were authorized by a Game Admin.
  This includes but is not limited to shop names, character names, guild names, etc.
• Spamming the same message on the normal or call chat is not allowed and may result on a block of the chat or even the suspension of the account.

3) Behaviour

• Use of hacks, bots, or any third party program, macros or any other way to automate farming or exp of your character will result in permanent suspension of all your accounts and at our discrection, the shared account involved as well.
• Scamming a player with fake promises, false tips to steal items, impersonation of players or admins or any other malicious behaviour, will result in permanent suspension of all your account.
• Spreading false rumors ingame concerning rules, Admins or any other case is strictly forbidden
• Any behaviour that goes far beyond the limit of the normal pvp and borderds on the limit of abuse, may be warned or sanctioned as harassment at the discrection of the staff.
• The players should not disobey or debate and argue any order coming from the Game Masters, Senior Game Masters or Game Admin (with only expection of the request of personal data, like password or login id).
  The player may report the order if he thinks it was an abuse of power or just unfair at info@tec-interactive.com
• Bug using and exploits are strictly forbidden. Abusing the multi account to obtain unfair advantages with quests or ingame systems is strictly forbidden.
  The players are forced to report any bug or known exploit to the Admins.
  The players caught using bugs or exploits, may be suspended, permanently banned or stripped of some items at the team's discretion.

• There is no limit of how many accounts you can bring to Demon Tower, however, they must all be logged in through all the Floors of the Dungeon.
• Players are permitted to AFK Farm, as long as they don't use any kind of Macros, (Pickup, Heal, Etc) giving them unfair advantage in the Game.
  

4) Item Mall

• Metin2 SG is the only party that can sell the item mall points for real money.
• The item mall is personal.
  You shall not give access to other players to charge your account with item mall items.
  Since we offer a simple system ingame of exchange mall points with the use of special ring, we are not responsible for any losses due to sharing.
• Every mispurchase should be reported within 2 hours from the purchase either at info@tec-interactive.com or at https://www.metin2sg.com/Support.
  In case the item was used, partialy consumed or even equipped, the refund will not happen. If a player collect too many mispurchase cases we reserve the right to reject the refund.
  The refund will be equal or lower to the cost of the mispurchased item.
• We are not responsible for any mistakes done due to misinterpretation of the item mall description, advices from other players either in game or in forum or personal experience with other servers.

5) Reporting and Sanctions

• Violation of these rules may be reported by any player either through the official support mail info@tec-interactive.com ingame through a Game Administrator (GA, SGM GM), ticket at or Live Chat.
• Players who are found guilty of violating any of the rules stated here, either in game or through the Forum, may have their main or secondary accounts disconnected, muted or banned temporarily or permanently at the discretion of the staff member and depending on the severity of the infraction.
• By no means a player should speak for any banned player unless previous authorization from a Game Master due to language barriers or other relevant reasons.
• Players who try to deceive or mislead the staff into punishing a player with false or fabricated proof may be punished themselves.
• The Admins has the final word on every case.
  Insulting, creating havock, spreading rumors or implying corruption without solid evidences and just because the decision is not liked will lead to heavy sanctions, included but not limited to the suspension of all your accounts.
• Abusing our services of reports will lead to suspension or in extreme case, the permanent block of the account/s

6) Miscellaneous

• In special cases the team may have to trust the player's word to solve a situation.
  Any proved or suspected lie will have heavy consequences for the player, on current and future cases as well.
• In agreement to our terms and conditions, we can block any account for any reasons at any time.
  Due to this, we are not forced to provide any evidences regardless the ban reason.
• In case of massive rules break from different players, the Admin can ban one or just few of them to restore the order ingame and this should not be subject of complains regarding the fairness of the act.
  In the same way, a ban may be lifted at the Admin's discretion.
• Ingame Events may have different rules that temporary replace the current rules.
  The players are forced to respect these rules.
